摘要: Abstract A rapid, convenient and accurate method using a sol–gel–alginate–carbon composite electrode (SACE) is described for the determination of β-indole acetic acid (IAA) in plant samples. The based on an enzyme-linked competitive immunoreaction between free IAA labeled with HRP to bind anti-IAA IgG immobilized SACE surface. response signal expressed as percentage current reduction (CR%, y) linearly related logarithm concentration (x) range 5–500 μg ml−1 regression equation form y=37.80x−22.47 correlation coefficient 0.9922. immunosensor was used determine content hybrid rice grain samples taken growing period.
