摘要: The study of the lithic assemblage from Charco Hondo 2 (Madrid, Spain) indicates existence intense activities related to quarrying Miocene flint outcrops, within a drainage context inside interfluvial plateau Manzanares and Jarama rivers (Madrid region). This production was oriented produce first stages large flake bifacial shaping, with an important collection refitted materials Lower/Middle Paleolithic. sedimentological circumstances presence items initially suggest good preservation conditions for open-air site. In this contribution, we present brief analysis geoarchaeological sequence special attention depositional post-depositional processes, in order determine extent which tool distribution refitting connections were consequence human activity or, on contrary, combination different natural agents. site provides us example discuss relevance significance particular distributions contexts.
