摘要: Abstract The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method was adopted to coat soft α-Fe layer on the quenched Nd 13.5 Fe 80 Ga 0.5 B 6 ribbons. Microstructure and magnetic properties of coated ribbons, isotropic anisotropic 2 14 B/α-Fe nano-composites were examined by means X-ray diffraction, back-scattered electron scanning microscopy, field emission microscopy a vibrating sample magnetometer. results showed that CVD effective introduce phase into nano-composites. microstructure isotropic/anisotropic would improve if NdFeB ribbons deposited with appropriate amount phases. Excessive weaken magnetostatic coupling between soft/hard grains deteriorate alignment grains.
