摘要: Abstract Spectroscopic properties and local structure of rare-earth ions in Ge–Ga–S glasses with the addition alkali halides were investigated. The intensity 1.31-μm emission from Dy 3+ ( 6 F 11/2 · H 9/2  →  15/2 ) increased sharply when appropriate amount was added, at expense 1.75-μm  → ). lifetimes level also as much 35 times 38 μs for glass (0.1 at.% to 1320 μs containing 10 mol% CsBr. These enhancements occurred only ratio MX(M = K,Cs X = Br, I)/Ga equal or larger than unity. Phonon side band (PSB) showed that several phonon modes, frequencies around 100 cm –1 , coupled 4f electrons Eu . nearest neighbors are composed halogen part well-structured complex such EuCl 3 tetrahedral 〚GaS 3/2 Cl〛 – subunit and/or Ga 2 Cl A small As added increase resistivity against recrystallization during re-heating. best composition practical usage 0.7 〚Ge 0.25 0.10 S 0.65 〛–0.15 GaS –0.15 CsBr.
