摘要: Abstract L -DOPA was administered intraperitoneally (i.p.) or intraventricularly (i.v.t.) to freely moving rats investigate the effects of exogenous itself on behavior. Striatal dopamine (DA) in extracellular fluid examined with microcomputer-controlled vivo voltammetry, and behavioural change observed. When after pretreatment benserazide, a peripheral DOPA decar☐ylase inhibitor, behavioral elicited before elevation DA suppressed its reduction. After NSD-1015, central also elicited, although still not increased. injected (i.v.t.), manifested at once; unchanged this time, but it increased activity reached maximum level. into striatal lesions induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (i.v.t.). Behaviral promptly injection. dose-response curves different dosages were normal without lesions, found exhibit steeper rise than that DA. Finally, when (i.p. i.v.t.) 3- O -methyl-DOPA (3-methoxytyrosine), major metabolite -DOPA, no increase recognized. These experimental results indicated is related manifestation change.
