摘要: Two-component regulatory systems appear to be widespread in bacteria. Phosphorylation has been demonstrated three of the known and correlated with vivo function two cases (Che Ntr). Although phosphorylation sensor regulator proteins so far observed exclusively vitro, transient protein could provide a basis for mechanism signal transduction these bacterial systems. There is currently insufficient evidence, however, establish precise functional relationship(s) between conserved sequences, phosphorylation, detailed involved via proteins.
