摘要: Until recently, it was thought that antibody effector mechanisms were mediated purely by Fc receptors expressed on professional cells, following capture of immune complexes in the extracellular space. Recently a new receptor, TRIM21, discovered is cells all histogenetic lineages and which mediates responses intracellularly. This receptor possesses many unique structural functional properties. TRIM21 binds both IgG IgM, interacts primarily with CH3 rather than CH2 domain engages two heavy chains simultaneously. latter property allows to bind antibodies higher affinity any other receptor. cytosolic, has signalling functions exquisitely conserved mammals.
