摘要: Background This study was designed to detect the protein expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) among serum, lymph node, and tumor tissues, discuss their relationship clinical significance. We investigated whether EGFR levels in serum nodes could be used as an effective method for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) diagnose assess stage. Methods In 56 patients with NSCLC 10 individuals nonmalignant thoracic disease, we measured using enzyme immunoassay, mRNA node tissues by quantitative real-time-polymerase chain reaction. examined correlation between them parameters. Results Serum substantially decreased after surgical treatment (P < 0.001). Serum were correlated smoking, surgery, pathological type surgery (all P 0.05). more closely metastasis = 0.015. higher than that benign pulmonary diseases 0.020). There obvious positive (r 0.764; 0.001), 0.616; 0.904; 0.001) NSCLCs. Conclusion The data suggest detecting a simple stage NSCLC.
