摘要: This paper introduces a methodology for the yield measurement of neutron burst using proportional counters. is to be applied when single events cannot resolved in time by nuclear standard electronics, or continuous current measured at output counter. The based on calibration counter pulse mode, and use statistical model estimate number detected from accumulated charge resulting detection neutrons. developed presented full detail. For fast yields generated plasma focus experiments moderated counter, implementation herein discussed. An experimental verification accuracy presented. improvement more than one order magnitude system obtained this with respect previous methods.
