Tribological properties of Ni-base alloy composite coating modified by both graphite and TiC particles

摘要: In order to reduce the friction coefficient of Ni-base alloy coating and further improve its wear resistance, composite coatings modified by both graphite TiC particles were prepared plasma spray technology on surface 45 carbon steel. The results show that is 47.45% lower than coating, mass loss reduced 59.1%. Slip lines severe adhesive plastic deformation are observed worn indicating mechanisms multi-plastic wear. A soft transferred layer abundant in ferric oxide developed which reduces a great deal. main mechanism fatigue delamination layer.
