摘要: Arbitration as provided in two separate levels, first between signals that may contend for access to a system resource, such memory, and second the winner of arbitration another source, refresh signal timer, must have resource periodically independently requests from other signals. The winning is not continuous but divided into intervals, timer gains control at end each interval by arbitration.
