摘要: Summary The aim of this work was to determine the number and types superoxide dismutase (EC 1.15.1.1) from spruce needles oak leaves as well examine their localization at subcellular level. obtained results show that contain one mitochondrial, matricial Mn-SOD form four Cu,Zn-SOD isozymes. One these forms, SOD 4, located in chloroplast where it seemed be bound thylakoids. Concerning leaves, five forms were detected, all belonging type. 1 found mitochondria whereas 5 a chloroplastic, stromatal form.
