摘要: Transparent, conductive, and flexible Ag nanowire (NW)-polyimide (PI) composite films were fabricated by a facile solution method. Well-dispersed NWs result in percolation networks on the PI supporting layer. A series of with transmittance values 53-80% sheet resistances 2.8-16.5 Ω/sq investigated. To further verify practicability NWs-PI film optoelectronic devices, we utilized it heater solar cell. The was able to generate temperature 58 °C at driving voltage 3.5 V within 20 s, indicating its potential application heating devices that require low power consumption fast response. cell based value 71% presented conversion efficiency 3.53%. These successful applications proved is good candidate for devices.
