摘要: The main reasons for measuring net water movements across epithelia are to determine the forces which generate flows and assess routes by traverses tissue. Determining indirect methods is a compromise between expediency accuracy often based on unjustified assumptions with regard tissue behaviour. For this reason direct measurement of flow preferable.
