摘要: Abstract The effect of the Rashba spin–orbit coupling on electronic states in GaAs / Ga 1 - x Al As two-dimensional quantum ring superlattice is investigated. conduction band structure and Bloch amplitudes are obtained by exact diagonalization procedure using Fourier transformation to momentum space. splitting mini-bands as well crossing dispersion surfaces at high symmetry points Brillouin zone obtained. It shown that interaction brings an asymmetry mini-band.
