摘要: MSP is a serum protein belonging to the plasminogen-related kringle domain family. In addition macrophages, epithelial cells are also targets. multifunctional factor regulating cell adhesion and motility, growth survival. mediates its biological activities by activating transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase called RON in humans or SKT mice. can protect from apoptosis two independent signals PI3-K/AKT MAPK pathway. The pathway anti-apoptotic effect only if additional signaling pathways activated through adhesion. This indicates that receptors integrins, mediating cell-matrix-dependent adhesion, collaborate promotion of adhesion-dependent pathway, which essential for MAPK-mediated effect, remains be identified. A hypothesis Stat3 might represent key component adhesion-induced presented this review.
