摘要: Abstract The amine separation technology is the utmost alternative process to remove acid gases (H2S and CO2) from natural gas (NG). In this survey, hybrid on NG treatment studied. combines membrane processes utilize their both advantages. Three different sweetening are considered here: solutions (30 wt.% diethanolamine (DEA)), (hollow fiber (HFM) approach), (amine + membrane). Membrane was first used NG, further complete purification come across pipeline standards. Economic factors involved in prediction of costs includes capital recovery cost, expenses concern hydrocarbon losses, operating such as maintenance labor energy cost replacement membrane. For process, most depends specifically least dependent also for losses respectively. simulation implemented NGL-1200 (GOGPC, Iran) plant find whether same modeling responsible an industrial unit.
