摘要: A facile strategy for the synthesis of binary filler nanocomposite membranes containing fumed silica (FS) and octatrimethylsiloxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) nanoparticles was proposed to prepare high performance PDMS–FS–POSS membranes. To fully explore synergistic effect between POSS FS nanoparticles, thermal stability using thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) dispersion quality scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were investigated, while crosslinked network studied Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that these novel much better than neat membrane. Thermodynamically, dipole–dipole interactions functional groups are main parameter leading stability. Furthermore, it found separation properties different gases (H2, C3H8, CO2 CH4) across enhanced with increasing content. All improvements observed can be attributed POSS.
