摘要: Abstract Aims The first aim examined the relationship between sleep behaviors (duration, napping, and social jetlag) hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) among emerging young adults (EYAs) with T1DM 18 25 years old, who are living on a college campus. second characterized gender differences in glucose management, behaviors, caffeine intake, nighttime technology. Methods A cross-sectional study of eligible participants used convenience sample participants. Using Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap), completed surveys about diabetes technology use, sleep-related behaviors. were analyzed using correlation multiple linear regression to predict HbA1c from adjusting for covariates. Results Participants (N = 76) average years was 10.25 ± 5.70. Compared females, males had longer duration lower levels. levels negatively correlated weekday (r = −0.24, p = 0.03) positively napping (r = 0.34, p = 0.003). After covariates, napped higher level (β = 0.74, compared non-nappers. Conclusions Higher found EYAs nappers duration. Modifying may be an appropriate target improve glycemic control.
