摘要: Abstract Background To investigate the relationship between HLA-DR, DQ antigen, and intracranial aneurysm in Han nationality. Methods We compared occurrence of HLA-DR HLA-DQ antigens patients with saccular control group by PCR agarose gel electrophoresis. Results No statistically significant correlation antigen frequency, pathogenesis clinical characteristics has been found. Conclusions have not found any haplotype aneurysm, but who presented HLA-DR53, DR52, DQ7(3), DQ5(1) seem to be more likely bear multiple aneurysms.
