摘要: To facilitate large-scale functional studies in Drosophila, the Drosophila Transgenic RNAi Project (TRiP) at Harvard Medical School (HMS) was established along with several goals: developing efficient vectors for that work all tissues, generating a genome-scale collection of stocks input from community, distributing lines as they are generated through existing stock centers, validating many possible using RT-qPCR and phenotypic analyses, tools web resources identifying retrieving information on their quality. With these goals mind, here we describe detail various developed status collection, which is currently composed 11,491 covering 71% genes. Data characterization either by or phenotype available dedicated website, Stock Validation Phenotypes (RSVP, http://www.flyrnai.org/RSVP.html), three Bloomington Center (United States), National Institute Genetics (Japan), TsingHua Fly (China).
