摘要: The European Food Consumption Validation (EFCOVAL) project includes 600 men and women from Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Norway, who had given serum 24-hour urine samples, completed dietary recall (24-HDR) interviews. Consumption, according to 24-HDR, was matched against Safety Authority (EFSA) databases of mycotoxin contaminations, via FoodEx1 standard classifications, producing an indirect external estimate exposure. Direct, internal measurements exposure were made in by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled tandem mass spectrometry. For first time, exposures thoroughly compared between two 24-HDRs, samples collected during same days covered 24-HDRs. These a single-time point measurement investigate evidence chronic According 24-HDR data, all individuals exposed 4 34 mycotoxins, whereof 10 found exceed tolerable daily intake. Correlations observed time points, significant correlations concentrations urine. However, only acetyldeoxynivalenol, ochratoxin A, sterigmatocystin have positive serum, while aflatoxin G1 G2, HT-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol associated concurrent Substantial agreements on quantitative levels for groups Type B Trichothecenes Zearalenone. Further research is required bridge interpretation estimates individual scale hours. Additionally, metabolomic profiling could help with comprehensive assessment single time-point exposures, but also identification biomarkers. Such detailed characterization informs population assessments, aids epidemiological health outcomes related multi-mycotoxin
