摘要: Having an overview of the structure information has been shown to be necessary effectively approach reading it. This paper describes how programming constructs can represented using speech and non-speech audio provide important ‘glance’ at program source code prior Three methods representing are investigated, pure speech, a combination determine most effective method convey this type information. On basis these results, concludes that nonspeech sounds able successfully about structure. However, significantly better results achieved when output, either alone or in with audio, lower mental workload. These suggest earcons used as supplement representations, rather than alternative.
