摘要: This study was designed to examine systematically the relationship of Erikson's concept ego identity psychosocial effectiveness as actually demonstrated in daily living. Two groups Navy recruits, one composed individuals making a highly adequate adjustment and second containing persons demonstrating minimally adjustment, served Ss. Highly significant differences were obtained on an operational measure identity. Evidence construct validity adduced terms predicted self-concept well through inter-correlation subscores instrument. The results lend support both value theory systematic personality his position that is necessary for person cope effectively with social cultural environment.
