摘要: Crystal structure and dielectric properties of the A-site-deficient perovskites Nd(1 − x)/3MxNbO3 (M = Li, Ag; 0 ≤ x 0.20) ceramics were investigated with X-ray diffractometer (XRD), network analyzer, impedance analyzer. XRD results showed that no secondary phase was observed for Ag-doped specimens. However, a second LiNdNb2O7 appeared Li-doped ones when ≥ 0.16. The crystal at room temperature transformed from orthorhombic (0 < 0.16) into tetragonal symmetry (0.16 increase x. Complex analysis measured low frequency loss in mainly caused by lithium or silver ionic conduction, which increased temperature. originated conductivity frozen microwave frequency. constant (er) addition Ag, whereas it decreased Li addition. pure specimens exhibited large positive coefficient resonant (τf), while τf value changed negative Q × f 437 to 1,110 GHz case doping 765 Ag doping, respectively, 0.12.
