摘要: Abstract 1. Serum transferrins and hemoglobins were analyzed by starch-gel electrophoresis from ninety-seven wild sheep collected eight localities across northern Iran two Iranian domestic sheep. 2. Comparison of the with reference sera demonstrated Tf alleles A, B, C, D E in former; new transferrin designated Tf's A + ,B − also observed. 3. Transferrin allele frequencies provided a means for differentiating populations northwestern those northeastern Iran; natural hybrids displayed an intermediate nature. Applications data to some taxonomic problems origin are discussed. 4. found possess Hbg B only.
