摘要: The last two decades have seen an enormous increase in the amount of information available, form text documents as well multimedia data such images, speech and video. As a result, retrieval (IR) has become central topic computer science related disciplines is now part many curricula for bachelor master programs. In this article, we outline which concepts should be integral IR courses depending on orientation degree program (e.g. business vs. research). addition to theoretical content courses, also address practical considerations, based authors’ extensive experience teaching IR. We comment suitability number tools systems different forms teaching, including e-learning, classroom.
