摘要: The purpose of this study was to explore two questions: (1) What is the contribution work-home conflict work-related stress among correctional officers? and (2) role does gender play in understanding findings supported prediction that an important contributor for females. analysis, though tentative, also suggested males experience but its effect at home, rather than work.
