摘要: Cymbidium aloifolium is known for its ornamental and medicinal values. It has been listed as threatened orchid species. In this study, in vitro propagated C. plantlets were interacted with the Piriformospora indica. The growth assay was performed 45 days; plant pattern such number length of roots shoots measured. Microscopic study root section stained by trypan blue done to detect peloton formation. methanol extracts fungal colonized well uncolonized (control) prepared various metabolites identified gas chromatography mass spectroscopy. Acclimatization a substrate composition coco peat: gravel: charcoal ratio 2:2:1. P. indica-colonized plantlet showed highest formation clamdospore section. regulator auxin, ascorbic acid, andrographolide, hexadecanoic DL-proline identified. After three months field transfer, indica survived remained healthy compared control plantlet.
