摘要: Two surveys were conducted in September 2014 and July 2015 important vegetable-growing areas Azerbaijan. Cucurbit solanaceous plants exhibiting symptoms of mosaic, yellowing, leaf curl or necrosis collected tested serologically molecularly for the presence major viruses infecting these crops. For cucurbits, most common both sampling sets aphid-transmitted ones, including potyviruses (watermelon mosaic virus, WMV, zucchini yellow ZYMV), cucumoviruses (cucumber CMV) poleroviruses (cucurbit aphid-borne yellows CABYV). Eggplant mottled dwarf (EMDV) was also detected first time Azerbaijan on cucumber at a low prevalence. In crops, CMV virus detected, followed by potato Y (PVY). Tomato spotted wilt (TSWV), alfalfa (AMV) tobamoviruses (tomato (TMV), pepper mild mottle (PMMoV)) 2015. The begomovirus tomato (TYLCV) present only Absheron area, where it had high prevalence induced losses. TYLCV-like other due to phytoplasma diseases.
