摘要: Review Objectives: The review objective is to synthesise the evidence on effectiveness of psychologicalbased interventions student nurses’ abilities efficiently manage and cope with stress as compared one no interventionMore specifically, Questions: What psychological-based coping reported by nursing students? Inclusion Criteria: Types participants: This will consider studies that include students, regardless age, gender, education, culture, ethnicity. Participants should be currently enrolled in a program study leads qualification registered nurse. can offered university, college or hospital at degree, diploma certificate level. interventions: evaluate comparison intervention reduction students. Psychological-based usually address perceptions, cognitions, affective domains individuals. For this review, are defined primarily aim produce change cognition, affect, and/or changes perception. Some these include: mindfulness training, psychoeducation, guided imagery, cognitive behavioural therapy, relaxation, mind body techniques, meditation, psychotherapy, distraction autogenic training. Interventions may consist single strategy, combination such relaxation psycho-education. any duration number sessions, face-to-face, written format on-line individuals groups students included. outcome measures: following primary measure symptoms/ levels Secondary outcomes self-reported symptoms anxiety, depression, empathy, selfesteem.
