摘要: Abstract Although studies have documented the importance of academic environment in promoting positive outcomes among students, few quantitative nursing been performed to identify strategies through which a nurturing learning can be created. A randomized two-group pretest-posttest design was used investigate effects an informal peer group experience on baccalaureate students' emotional well-being and professional socialization as caring practitioners. Groups did not differ significantly measured this study. As whole, students showed statistically significant increases anxiety, depression, negative affect, along with decreased self-esteem affect during junior year school. Psychological problems stress-related symptoms well college general particular. findings from study are unique, they suggest need reconsider by affective goals undergraduate education achieved.
