摘要: Abstract According to the Directive (2010/31/EU), main goal in energy performance of buildings, especially for achieving longer-term objectives saving, is Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (NZEBs). Thus, this plan can be achieved by refurbishing existing or constructing new buildings satisfy NZEB requirements. Nowadays, refurbishment requirements becomes one major aim construction. In solving problem, Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods help here evaluate state and compare them with optimal alternative, which equals NZEB. This comparison allows selecting achieve However, MADM do not applied alternatives (i.e. buildings) alternative NZEB), based on standards laws. Usually researches present selected among each other best from compared, like TOPSIS ARAS methods. Therefore, paper, we analyse concept a Passive house its applicability Lithuanian and, respectively, define an building). Second, possibility extending (MADM-opt). Moreover, several modifications how transform WASPAS, adding alternative. The modified were evaluation 13 apartments. results show that MADM-opt useful assessment their according it determining difference between assessed
