摘要: Investigations of retroviral oncogenes has led to the identification many cellular genes (termed proto-oncogenes) that appear play crucial roles in regulating responses extracellular signals. Many these are directly involved regulation growth control, either serving as factors themselves (such c-sis gene product which is one two chains platelet-derived-growth-factor) or factor receptors, c-erb-b c- fms products receptors for epidermal and colony stimulating I). However, protein proto-oncogenes have also been implicated induction other aspects signal transduction a variety cell types. including neural cells [i.e.the neurite outgrowth PC12 (Bar-Sagi Feramisco, 1985; Hagag et al., 1986; Alema 1985) response convulsant drug Metrazole (Morgan 1987)]. Studies such proto-oncogene, c-src, provided strong evidence c-src product, functions tyrosine-specifle kinase, may serve specialized function neurons.
