摘要: Abstract An endogenous protein of human cells pp60 c-src , which is closely related to the product transforming gene Rous sarcoma virus, v-src has been quantitated by measuring its enzymatic activity in an immunoglobulin G kinase assay. The influence normal developmental processes on expression was assessed comparative analysis various adult and fetal tissues. maximal difference detected a 2- 3-fold-enhanced muscle compared with muscle. Organ-specific variations enzyme level were observed. Highest found brain, followed kidney, lung, muscle, connective tissue. Since overexpression cellular counterparts viral-transforming genes may play role carcinogenesis, measured nine spontaneous sarcomas 21 mammary carcinomas. Compared respective tissues diploid fibroblasts, 4- 20-fold-enhanced activities observed one-third remainder showed no or insignificantly elevated activity. enzymes from malignant indistinguishable virus-coded respect specificity for divalent cations predominance phosphorylation tyrosine. Patients carrying tumors high did not develop kinase-reactive antibodies against .
