摘要: Abstract Neoplastic transformation of cell by avian sarcoma virus is mediated a single viral gene (src), which encodes phosphoprotein (pp60src) with the enzymatic activity protein kinase. The DNAs vertebrate species contain highly conserved homologue src that also represented in polysomal RNA uninfected cells and, hence, may specify normal cellular protein. We have used antisera directed against pp60src to isolate closely related (denoted pp60) from chicken, quail, rat, and human cells. Our data indicate pp60 pp60src, both antigenically chemically. Moreover, possess kinase similar associated pp60src. conclude product slightly modified analogue
