摘要: As the incidence of cancer continues to escalate, demand for alternative anticancer therapeutics increases. The use viruses in treatment is well documented (1); however, as knowledge fields virology, cell biology, and oncology expands, refined techniques novel viral-based emerge. oncolytic potential a wide spectrum has been explored, such adenovirus (2,3), herpes simplex virus (HSV) (4,5), vesicular stomatitis (6), vaccinia (7), poliovirus (8), mammalian reovirus (9).
