摘要: Mossbauer measurements on Fe 57 doped in V 2 O 3 were made the temperature range from 4.2°K to 300°K. Above metal-to-semiconductor transition (∼140°K), absorption spectrum was perfectly paramagnetic. On other hand, below that temperature, there appeared a magnetic hyperfine splitting (400 kOe at and 315 131°K). This is concluded be due an antiferromagnetic order of low phase. The internal field abrupty disappeared associated with first transition. From dependence field, fictitious Neel phase deduced vicinity 200°K. valence state seems trivalent both phases.
