摘要: Intracerebroventricular (ICV) administration of the octadecaneuropeptide (ODN), a peptide derived from diazepam-binding inhibitor, reduces food intake in goldfish as rodents. However, neurochemical pathways involved anorexigenic action ODN have not yet been identified goldfish. Alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), corticotropin-releasing (CRH), and CRH-related peptides play major role control consumption In this species, α-MSH is mediated via CRH/CRH receptor neuronal system. Therefore, present study, we examined whether effect could be through and/or CRH pathways. ICV injection (10 pmol/g body weight (BW)) significantly reduced intake, was suppressed by preinjection melanocortin 4 (MC4R) antagonist HS024 (40 BW) or 1/receptor 2 α-helical CRH(9–41) (100 BW). induced significant increase proopiomelanocortin mRNA level but had no on level, while MC4R agonist, melanotan II BW), enhanced expression. These results suggest that, goldfish, MC4R- subsequently receptor-signaling
