摘要: Abstract A Dynal core method has been established using Dynabeads® anti-Salmonella to detect Salmonella from all categories of food samples. The protocol consists the standard pre-enrichment samples in buffered peptone water followed by immunomagnetic separation and subsequent selective enrichment bead-bacteria complexes Rappaport-Vassiliadis Soya Peptone broth before plating onto media. This modified IMS cultural is intended replace or augment traditional methods used for detection due its specificity increased sensitivity. optional direct solid media a swab-streak technique suitable processed foods known have history very low resident flora.
