摘要: L’expression «syndrome de Mendelson» est apparue dans la litterature medicale les annees 1960, plus precisement d’ailleurs traites et manuels d’anesthesie [1,2,17]. Assez curieusement, plupart des articles originaux traitant du sujet, l’expression utilisee celle «pneumopathie par inhalation contenu gastrique». La anglaise fait distinction entre aspiration pneumonitis pneumonia [13].
