摘要: Urinary excretion of immunoreactive prostaglandin E (iPGE) was measurably increased in five seven patients with Bartter's syndrome. The effects indomethacin were compared those either aspirin or ibuprofen four patients. Indomethacin produced notably greater suppression urinary iPGE, sodium and potassium retention, increases serum potassium, decreases plasma renin activity creatinine clearance than the other inhibitors. This demonstration that there is a close correlation between iPGE extent correction clinical abnormalities syndrome, regardless chemical structure synthetase inhibitor, further evidence for importance prostaglandins pathogenesis this ( JAMA 239:117-121, 1978)
