摘要: The possible effect of chemical and physical factors during pregnancy on the occurrence cardiovascular malformations in offspring was studied 573 cases 1,055 controls. represented all verified Finland 1982-1984. controls were randomly selected from babies born same period. Case control mothers interviewed by midwives approximately 3 months after delivery using a structured questionnaire. Maternal alcohol consumption first trimester more common among case infants (45.9%) than those (39.6%). Exposure to organic solvents at work slightly prevalent ventricular septal defect group (12.1%) (7.8%). However, neither association significant when adjusted for maternal age logistic regression analysis. Moreover, one or both these associations may be chance effects resulting multiple comparisons. risk not associated with smoking, coffee, tea, cola consumption, equal urban rural areas. exposures anesthetic gases, pesticides, wood preservatives, microwave ovens, video display terminals home malformations. It is concluded that some environmental early should necessarily considered hazardous developing fetal heart. causes majority remain unknown.
