摘要: A method for modifying a foreign nucleotide sequence enhanced accumulation of its protein product in monocotyledonous plant and/or increasing the frequency obtaining transgenic plants which accumulate useful amounts by reducing rare and semi-rare codons gene replacing them with more preferred is disclosed. In addition, enhancing polypeptide encoded analyzing coding successive six fragments altering based on appearance six-mers as to rarest 284, 484, 664 provided. Also disclosed are novel structural genes encode insecticidal proteins B. t. k. (e.g. maize) containing such genes.
