摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter introduces the methodology of p107 immunostaining and discusses clinical significance expression in colorectal carcinoma based on results. Retinoblastoma (Rb), p107, p130 belong to RB gene family that has been proved be a tumor suppressor. Loss Rb protein (pRb) frequently occurs various kinds cancers is widely associated with carcinogenesis cancer development. Through immunohistochemical staining normal mucosae primary carcinomas, shows carcinomas abnormally expressed such was increased gradually during but apparently decreased invasion rapid cell proliferation. Clinically, also demonstrated patients low had poor prognosis. The assessment status may provide significant information for treatment carcinoma.
