摘要: Common features shared by addictive drugs have been difficult to identify. One ubiquitous effect of these is psychomotor stimulation. Further, repeated exposure commonly results in sensitization drug stimulant effects. This study evaluates from several classes C57BL/6J and DBA/2J inbred strain mice. mice showed sensitized responses ethanol methamphetamine, whereas developed morphine methamphetamine. Strain susceptibilities ethanol- morphine-induced closely paralleled their sensitivities the acute effects drugs; this was not case for The relative were consistent across drugs, suggesting that may be mediated at least partially divergent neural mechanisms.
