摘要: Some investigators have reported that plasma prolactin levels are elevated in hypertensive men and both their hyperprolactinemia hypertension were controlled by bromocriptine, a dopamine agonist. They concluded reduced central dopaminergic activity may be factor maintaining essential hypertension. We examined the serum thyrotropin (TSH) responses to releasing hormone (TRH), metoclopramide (a antagonist) bromocriptine 10 normal normoreninemic men. TRH caused significant increase of TSH normals hypertensives. Bromocriptine suppressed significantly groups. There no differences between groups before or during tests.
