摘要: This case report illustrates the successful nonsurgical treatment of an adult with a skeletal Class III malocclusion exacerbated by functional anterior shift that resulted in severe overclosure mandible and reverse smile line. To maximize soft tissue esthetics while idealizing occlusion, active clockwise rotation was induced along mandibular molar uprighting sequential leveling. In maxilla, full arch distalization achieved after second molar extraction. The provided satisfying esthetic outcome has remained stable.
