摘要: Abstract The application of supported-liquid membrane (SLM) technique for effective extraction N -(phosphonomethyl)glycine (glyphosate) and its primary metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) from juices (orange, grapefruit, apple blackcurrant) in combination with HPLC-UV detection after derivatization p -toluenesulphonyl chloride (TsCl) is presented. influence various parameters such as the composition acceptor phase, flow-rate, concentration analytes, on performance procedure, was studied. It shown that by appropriate manipulation SLM level could be significantly improved. conditions efficiency studied compounds also discussed. Selection optimal enable glyphosate AMPA at concentrations low 0.025 mg/l. calculated recoveries were—71.1, 72.1, 93.6, 102.7% AMPA—64.1, 64.6, 81.7, 89.2%, orange, blackcurrant juices, respectively. results suggest a method enrichment complicated liquid matrices may useful mean routine analysis.
