摘要: Conventional teleradiology is a useful tool, but sometimes we have found it to be an insufficient means of investigation because the radiological specialists cannot indicate imaging protocol during investigation. The purpose our study was evaluate efficacy real-time teleradiology, which will improve quality medical management. Ten radiologists evaluated thoracic CT scans 50 patients transmitted through retrospectively. We whether or not contrast enhancement performed effectively on basis clinical data and after interpretation pre-contrast scans. showed that 47.6% examinations were necessary. After scans, 66.6% contrast-enhanced considered unnecessary. Real-time management providing virtual presence radiologists, save costs.
